Recognized by Oklahoma magazine as one of Oklahoma’s bright, young leaders under 40 in 2012.

Brittany M. Novotny was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2005.  She earned her BA in Sociology from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and her JD from the University of California – Hastings College of the Law.

Since her admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association, Brittany has tried cases in administrative courts, municipal courts, and district courts throughout Oklahoma.  She achieves results for her clients through passion, hard work and attention to detail.  She has achieved victories and secured resolution by settlement in cases involving 1st Amendment rights, 4th Amendment rights, employment rights, and personal injuries, as well as through vigorous defense against criminal allegations.  Outside of her law practice, Brittany also serves as a member of the board of The Equality Network and as a community advisory board member for the SKIL (Supporting Kids in Independent Living) program, part of Youth Services for Oklahoma County.

Brittany is a lawyer who will treat you like a person, not a case number, and will vigorously defend your rights and work for a resolution that you can feel good about.
